When: Saturday AFTERNOON, August 14th, 2010.
Times: Doors open at 12:00 noon.
Buffet opens at 12:00 noon.
First race (of eight) begins at 1:25 pm.
Buffet closes at 4:00 pm.
Price: $32.10/person. This price is all-inclusive: Entrance, program, afternoon buffet, gratuity, taxes, but not for parking.
Who: We encourage you to bring friends. Just add their names along with payment to the Reservation Form below.
Where: Hastings Racecourse (Map)
Parking: On site, $10.00. Enter through PNE Gate #6 off Renfrew Street. Be sure to tell the parking attendant that you are going to Hastings Racecourse and you will receive a special parking ticket that you can exchange for $5 in Food and Beverage items, plus one of the following: a $3 Live Program or $2 Keno or $2 Simulcast Sheet.
Clubhouse: Please enter through the CLUBHOUSE ENTRANCE and check in at the "WILL CALL DESK" to receive your Entrance Ticket and Program. A Customer Service Representative will direct or escort you to the reserved SILKS RESTAURANT section which will be available from 12:00 noon onward. It is recommended you arrive 30 minutes prior to POST TIME for the first race which is at 1:25 p.m. There will be eight races, so you can come early and stay till the end (approximately 6 pm) or leave after you have enjoyed a few events and refreshments.
Buffet: Will be served from noon until 4 pm, and it's very good. YUM!
Reservations: Reservations and cheques MUST be received by FRIDAY, AUGUST 6, 2010.
