Spring Dinner and Eleventh Annual General Meeting

The Association's Spring Dinner will be held in the Eagle Creek Restaurant, at the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course (see directions at the foot of this page), on Wednesday, May 6, 2009, immediately following the Association's Eleventh Annual General Meeting.

PROGRAM

* 6:00 pm. Cocktail Hour (no-host bar) for members and guests.

* 6:15 pm. Members only – Annual General Meeting and Election of Executive Board.

* 6:45 pm (time approximate). Sit-down dinner for members and guests.

COST OF DINNER

* $29.00 per person, includes gratuity and tax.

* Choice, by pre-arrangement:
o Beef
o Salmon
o Chicken
o Vegetarian
You must specify your preference(s) when you make your reservation(s).

PARKING

* There is a large parking lot for the restaurant and golf course.

The next Meeting of Members will be at the call of the President. The next Annual General Meeting will be in April, May or June 2010, to be determined by the Executive Board.

Directions to the Eagle Creek Restaurant at the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course:

* Get yourself to the traffic light at the foot of the Burnaby Mountain Parkway (west side of Burnaby Mountain).
* Turn south on Duthie.
* Proceed along Duthie till you pass the traffic signal at Curtis.
* Turn left (east) at Greystone Drive (viz. the first street on the left, past Curtis).
* Proceed east along Greystone to the first stop sign (at Burnwood Drive).
* Turn right (south) on Burnwood Drive.
* The entrance to the Golf Club is the first street to the left (east).
* Follow the tree-lined entrance street to its end which is a large parking lot in front of the clubhouse and Eagle Creek Restaurant.
