When: Saturday, July 26, 2008, 12 noon to 6:00 pm
Where: Hastings Park
Parking: Enter through PNE Gate #6 off Renfrew Street – Important: Advise Parking Attendant you are attending the Racecourse. For your $8.00 Parking charge, you will be issued a special 2-part parking slip for which you will be able to receive a refund for the entire amount – a $5.00 voucher portion to be used towards any food and beverage purchases and a $3.00 voucher towards Keno play with an additional Keno purchase of $5.00.
Cost: An all-inclusive group rate of $30.75/person – includes admission, official racing program, seating in the Silk Restaurant, afternoon buffet dinner (until 4:00 pm), GST, and gratuity.
Reservations: Note carefully: your reservation-form together with your cheque must be received at least 8 (eight) days prior to the event, viz. by July 18.
