There are two events at the rustic Helm Lodge at the Sasamat Outdoor Centre this fall for which we will try to arrange group seating. 

Wednesday, November 7, 2007 “Violin Melodies and Memories - Zelko Krakan”

Zelko’s inspiring solo performance features a variety of popular and classical music.

Tuesday, November 27, 2007 Performance TBA (Romantic guitar or Andean Music)

PROGRAMS:

11:00-11:30 am. Arrival, enjoy a cup of tea/coffee, socialize with other groups by the fireplace or explore/stroll along the lakeshore trail.

12:00 noon. Catered meal, usually chicken or beef with vegetables, rice or potato, bun and dessert. A vegetarian/diet-restricted option is available with advance notice.

1:00 - 2:00 pm. Musical Performance

RESERVATIONS:

$12.50/person includes meal, dessert, coffee/tea and live entertainment. For these events, Sasamat membership is not required.

This invitation is open to SFU retirees, friends and family.  For each event, please tell me – by phone or email – the names, phone numbers and email of those who will attend.  Confirmed attendance is required 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

DIRECTIONS:

From the corner of St. John's Street and Ioco Road in Port Moody, turn North onto Ioco Road. Turn left at the third traffic light and follow the signs to Belcarra Regional Park. Turn right onto 1st Ave. which becomes Bedwell Bay Road. Drive past the turnoff to White Pine Beach. Turn right at the stop sign, towards the Village of Belcarra.  Finally, turn right onto Senkler Road, the first road to your right after entering the Village of Belcarra, and follow the wooded driveway into Sasamat Outdoor Centre.
