| When: | Saturday AFTERNOON, November 15, 2003. |
| Times: | Doors open at 12:00 pm. Buffet opens at 12:00 pm. First race (of at least 8) begins at 1:18 pm. Buffet closes at 4:00 pm. Although there will be no evening races, nor a buffet, an à-la-carte Dinner Menu will be available after the last race for those wishing an evening meal. |
| Where: | Hastings Park (Map)  Please enter through the CLUBHOUSE ENTRANCE and check-in at the "Will Call" Desk to receive your ticket and program. |
| Parking: | On site, $6.50. Be sure to tell the parking attendant that you are a member of a group attending the races at Hastings Park – you will then be given a two-part parking slip, consisting of a $4.50 voucher to be used towards the purchase of any food or beverage, and a $2.00 voucher towards Keno play with an additional Keno purchase of $5.00. |
| Cost: | A group rate of $29.00/person – includes admission, official racing program, seating in the Silk Restaurant, Afternoon Buffet, taxes, and gratuity. Note: does NOT include parking (see immediately above). |
| Reservations: | Reservations MUST be received by WEDNESDAY, November 5. Mail a cheque – made payable to SFURA in the amount of $29.00/person – to: SFU Retirees Association Final date for receipt of reservations andpre-payments: Wednesday, November 5 |
