This pleasant restaurant offers several combo specials for $6.95 which include such choices as Shrimp or Chicken Salad Rolls, Chicken Brochette, Vegetarian Tofu with Tomato Sauce, Lemon Grass Chicken, Vietnamese Steam Crepes, etc. A combo consists of two items plus fried rice. Soups, salads and entrées are also available. 

Entrée prices range from $6.95 to $7.95. 

Desserts are $3.25 and include Ice Cream with Deep Fried Bananas, Baked Custard au Caramel with Whipped Cream and Banana Cake with Ice Cream. Hmmm Good.

11:00 a.m.

Meet by the fountain at the foot of 25th Street in front of the Dundarave pier. Take a comfortable 40 to 50 minute walk along the seawall and back to our starting point (a total distance of about 3.5 kilometres [appr. 2 miles]).

12:00 noon Gather at Vina's Restaurant for lunch. Vina's is located at 2508 Marine Drive, immediately west ofOK Tire on the southwest corner of Marine Drive and 25th Street.
Parking:

Free public parking is provided at the bottom of 25th immediately south of the railroad tracks to your left or right. The time limit of 4 hours should provide ample time for our walk and lunch.

Miscellaneous:

Bev Carlson walks the wall with a group of friendsevery Wednesday, in spite of occasional rain. She does admit, however, that an umbrella has sometimes been useful.

If you would rather not join us on the walk, or if there is a very heavy rain, howling gale and pounding surf, feel free to join us at the restaurant for lunch.
