"Each of my subjects has a life that spans most of the twentieth century, a period shaped by remarkable social and technological change. From British Columbia to Newfoundland, their faces and voices give depth and value to the beauty of aging," says Ms. Grey. "They serve as a touchstone for those of us looking forward, with trepidation, to living our own twilight years in this new century."
