Spring Dinner and Annual General Meeting

The Association's Spring Dinner will be held in the Diamond University Club on Tuesday, May 2, 2000, immediately following the Association's Annual General Meeting.
PROGRAM
- 5:00 pm: Cocktail Hour (no-host bar) for members and guests.
- 6:00 pm: Annual General Meeting and Election of Board (members only). (See Agenda below.)
- 6:45 pm: Concert by the SFU Choir
- 7:00 pm: Spring Dinner for members and guests.
COST OF DINNER
- $25.00 per person, includes gratuity and tax.
RESERVATIONS FOR DINNER
- Reservations must be received by Monday, April 24. Please mail cheque ($25.00/person) to SFU Retirees Association, c/o Human Resources, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC, V5A 1S6.
PARKING
- Nothing has changed. You still have to get your parking permit from the Diamond Club as you arrive. There will be limited parking immediately outside the club. ORANGE CONES DENOTE PARKING SPACES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS. There is an abundance of parking space just east of the Club, in PARKING LOT C.

- Minutes of the General Meeting of April 22, 1999.
- Business Arising from the Minutes.
- Annual Report.
- Financial Report.
- Election of the SFURA (2000-2001) Executive Board.
- Reports from Other Members of the Board.
- Any Other Business.
The next Meeting of Members will be at the call of the President. The next Annual General Meeting will be in April, May or June 2001, to be determined by the Executive Board.
