X-Ray Facility User Policy

1. Users must complete X-Ray Safety Orientation through Safety & Risk Services
2. Users must complete training on the instrument to be used from the appropriate person
3. Users must use the log book, recording name, supervisor, date, badge number
4. Users must always wear a badge or dosimeter
5. Non-department users may borrow a key from the technical support person
6. These policies must be posted on each instrument
7. The technical support person must ensure these policies are followed and the logbook is maintained
