From IT Services | Phone outage: all campuses
This message is being sent to all Faculty and staff. No reply is required.
Good afternoon,
A Bell phone outage continues to impact the ability to send and receive calls from all SFU campuses. IT Services is working with our carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note, internal campus calls, including on-campus emergency phones, remain unaffected. In the event of an emergency, you can use the on-campus Code Blue phones and red emergency phones or dial 911 from your mobile device.
Currently, we do not have an estimated timeline for when this outage will be resolved.
To view updates during the outage, follow SFU IT Services on Twitter at www.twitter.com/sfu_it.
