Bargaining updates, APSA
Update on APSA Basic Agreement Negotiations
January 25, 2024
Last week SFU and APSA began renegotiating the Basic Agreement, meeting four times and exchanging proposals in good faith. While there was some progress made during the negotiations, there is not yet an agreement in place.
The parties agreed to keep discussing key issues and exchanging proposals, and plan to reconvene for another day of negotiations on February 1.
The university is committed to updating the community as new information arises. To learn more about the Basic Agreement and why it is being renegotiated, read more on the bargaining website.
