MOUNTAIN BIKING FALLS VIDEO ANALYSIS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Are you looking for a way to positively contribute to scientific research? Why not start now and volunteer at the Injury Prevention and Mobility Lab (IPML) at Simon Fraser University (SFU), directed by Dr. Stephen Robinovitch. Research in the IPML focuses on injury biomechanics and fall prevention.
We are looking for volunteers for a study examining the mechanics of falls in mountain biking. Volunteers will review video footage of real-life falls in mountain biking to classify the circumstances of these events.
Volunteers must be able to dedicate at least 2 hours per week, and can be performed at home. Volunteers will not receive monetary compensation for their contributions. All necessary training will be provided. If you are interested in participating, please respond directly to the study team.
