"I follow my heart to make things happen. Now, I am achieving my career at the Centre for Digital Media in Vancouver."
Chelsea Wei
Digital Media master's student in the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology
I follow my heart to make things happen.
I have played several roles in the IT industry for over 7 years, particularly in the field of digital media, including social media, video games, and big data application in China, owning 6-year academic background in the majors of Information Security (a 4-year B.E degree) and Management of Technology (a 2-year M.B.A degree).
As loving video games for nearly my entire life, I extremely want a career that will enrich my life and fulfill my aspiration to contribute to society and become a better-rounded person. I believe that game design is one of the bests through which to achieve that, like it is said “The only way to do great work is to love what you do. (by Steve Jobs)”.
Now, I am achieving my career at the Centre for Digital Media in Vancouver.
