I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Gerontology and have been studying at SFU since I was an undergraduate!

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO COME TO SFU?

I came to SFU upon the recommendation of my older sister! However, I remained at SFU because of the incredible learning environment.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR RESEARCH OR YOUR PROGRAM TO A FAMILY MEMBER?

My program focuses on exploring aging including topics such as health and the built environment.

WHAT ARE YOU PARTICULARLY ENJOYING ABOUT YOUR STUDIES/RESEARCH AT SFU?

I am really enjoying engaging in research opportunities through various projects and working closely with and learning from my supervisor.
