Sharon Bond, the owner of Kekuli Café, is graduating with her MBA from the Beedie School of Business this year. She was interviewed on the Bigger Than Me Podcast where she sat down with podcast host Aaron Pete to talk about how her Indigenous cuisine business was founded.

Located in Kamloops, Kelowna, Westbank, and her hometown Merritt, Kekuli Café is the first Indigenous fast-food franchise in Canada. Sharon and her husband Darren Hogg run their business together, and they are passionate about giving communities a place to gather, celebrate, and share Indigenous food.
