The category distribution of subsurface material here is divergent in many respects. Spatial extents of the two schemes are different. This indicates that each scheme does not only give different category labels but also differs as to which boreholes were classified as one category by the two systems. In addition, elevation patterns convey conflicting trends both locally and globally as elevation ranges differences are large.
