YVR International Airport location analysis takes a number of factors into account. This analysis bases on various dimensions including the accessibility of various transport means, the proximity of a few landuses and environmental factors. It has no constraints, and it involves twelve factors as follows:
- based on the accessibility to various means of transportation including:

2) Millenium skytrain route, and its skytrain stations
3) Canada Line route, and its fellow stations
4) major highways across GVRD - based on proximity to the airport from especially three types of landuse:
1) commercial area
2) commercial and residential mixed
3) all types of residential areas - based on environmental determinant:
1) air quality (nanometer squared)
2) noise (decibels)
