Roads

Close access to existing roads is a major benefit. For this reason, roads were assigned into one value using the RECLASS module and then measured using the DISTANCE module. Roads were then run through the FUZZY module where they were assigned sigmoidal monotonically decreasing curve. Road control points within 25,000m were suitable and the degrees of suitability would decrease with increased distance.
