POLICE CONSTRAINT
Although Erken lazer rifles are far superior to the human hand gun, we thought it would be best to avoid the police.
Police locations were digitized by hand on ARCMap. The file was then converted to raster and imported into IDRISI where buffers were added.
This police buffer map was overlayed with the military buffer map to create a buffer map that we should avoid landing in at all costs.
