SPATIAL ANALYSIS
Using the results from the MCE, several locations with varying suitability were identified. These areas are shown in the Map below.
The Results of the above MCE, show there are many suitable locations within Vancouver City to open a Doggy Cafe. These areas can be narrowed down, by conducting a Threshold Analysis which will select a set amount of cells and return the cells with the highest rank.
Thresholds were set at the following levels:

By using the data from above, it can determined that the area most suitable for the Doggy Cafe to open is around the 500 block of West 12th Avenue, Vancouver BC Canada.
This determination is made based on the Constraints and Factors as previously outlined in this project as well as the Threshold analysis as shown above.
Should this location not be appropriate or available, other areas of suitablity have been determined (as above) based on threshold analysis.
