The resulting suitability image from performing the non-boolean standardization and weighted linear combination was as shown below
The following representative image was created by deleting the pixels deemed non-suitable (black with value of 0) and overlaying the suitability image over a grey-scale representation of the landuse map

With the strict factors for ideal locations, it limits suitable locations for new hotels; however, there were some locations with excellent suitability, most noticeably in the Downtown Vancouver District with close proximity to the water, as well as commercial districts.
