Catherine Schinkel

Catherine Schinkel, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a senior human resource leader with over 15 years’ experience at the director level for both public and private sector organizations. She has worked as an HR consultant for one of the top HR consulting firms in the world.  She brings deep experience in a breadth of HR functions, including talent (recruitment, performance management, and succession), learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. She has taught in HR programs at two universities, designed HR courses for a Manitoba polytechnic, and has developed and delivered countless HR workshops and presentations for corporations and professional groups.

Catherine enjoys helping HR and leadership teams achieve their goals. She offers HR coaching, advisory services and strategies for organizations that are dealing with disruption, growth and transformation. She is passionate about leadership development and continuous learning, and enjoys opportunities to share her knowledge with other leaders and students in human resources.
