Allan Lim

Allan Lim is the manager of corporate disclosure, corporate finance at the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). He leads the group that reviews offering documents and reactivation applications, and conducts post-offering continuous disclosure reviews. Allan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 and served at a public company as their corporate controller. Allan was the controller for the Canadian franchisor Century 21 Canada before joining the BCSC in 2000 as a securities analyst. Allan received his bachelor of commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and articled at KPMG.
