Jody-Ann Edman

Jody-Ann Edman is the manager of financial reporting in the corporate finance division of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). She leads the team that reviews the filings of exempt distribution reports, insider reports and periodic continuous disclosure for issuers. She participates in the development of securities legislation and policy. Jody-Ann is a CPA, CA, and joined the BCSC in 2007 as a senior securities analyst. Previously, Jody-Ann worked for eight years at the TSX Venture Exchange as manager of listed issuer services.
