Jocelyne is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over over 30 years of non-profit leadership, organizational development, and facilitation experience.
As a coach, Jocelyne has worked with leaders and teams from many cultures and backgrounds, and from different sectors including educational institutions, health organizations, government, and non-profit organizations. In her approach to working with leaders and organizations, Jocelyne draws on a rigorous background as a leader and learner, and integrates an appreciative lens, systemic thinking and intercultural awareness in her practice.
Jocelyne has empowered leaders to address difficult team or personal behaviours, discover and reframe limiting beliefs, align professional and personal goals, and develop strategies and actions for pressing issues. She brings deep listening, reflective observation, and powerful questions to help leaders gain new insights about themselves, their team, and their organization. She is experienced with narrative 360 assessments and working with leaders to implement behavioural change goals.
Jocelyne has an MA Leadership and Training (Royal Roads University), a Bachelors of Business Administration (Simon Fraser University), and a Certificate in Dialogue and Civic Engagement (Simon Fraser University). She is certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 instruments (Emotional Intelligence), SDI 2.0 (Strengths Deployment Inventory), and is a Team Coach Practitioner and holds Individual Team Coach Accreditation (ICTA) with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
