Jennifer Griffiths
Jennifer Griffiths holds a master’s in counselling from Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y. She completed her bachelor’s in sociology at the University of Western Ontario. She holds the Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator (CCVE) and Canadian Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) designations, both with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. She maintains her Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and Registered Vocational Professional (RVP) designations with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA), which she has been a member of since 2005. She is currently the president of the Canadian Association of Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS), serving a two-year term. Jennifer concurrently sits on the VRA board of directors as the CAVEWAS representative. She is the principal of Embrace Vocational Services, based in Mississauga, Ontario, where she conducts expert vocational evaluation work in the forensic realm.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Jennifer's focus has primarily been on vocational assessment, forensic vocational evaluation, work adjustment and training transferable skills analysis (TSA)/vocational evaluation (VE) professionals. Jennifer has sat on peer review panels and provided training for the CVRP in credentialling vocational professionals. She has been a speaker at several conferences and events, speaking to professionals from both the United States and Canada about the crucial topics of credentialing and training for vocational professionals. She lives in Mississauga, Ontario with her husband and two parrots. Jennifer enjoys travelling, camping, family time and reading.
