Elicia Elliott

Elicia Elliott is a senior transportation planner with nearly 20 years of North American public and private sector transportation planning experience. She has a broad range of experience in transportation—ranging from strategic planning to operations across modes, with a key focus on transit.

Elicia also has experience planning, leading and evaluating stakeholder and public engagement processes for transportation planning projects. She thrives in interdisciplinary project environments.

Currently, Elicia is the manager of transportation planning at the City of North Vancouver.
