With over 30 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, Renee owns and operates Insight Advantage Inc, a prominent employment and vocational rehabilitation company. After starting her career at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) in Ontario, she transitioned to the private sector. Since 2011, Renee has owned and led Insight Advantage Inc as its vice president of operations, delivering vocational rehabilitation, case management and employment support services across Canada.

Her extensive educational background includes a master’s degree in adult education, a bachelor's degree in sociology and a post degree diploma in art therapy. She is proficient in corporate training, adult learning, vocational counselling and more. Renee is committed to her professional development and has completed the following certifications: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC), Certified Vocational Evaluation (CVE) and International Certified Vocational Evaluator (ICVE). 

Beyond her professional achievements, Renee actively engages in community service, contributing to the Rotary Club of Leamington and serving leadership roles in various organizations. Renee is a past president of the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS) and is currently a director-at-large with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada and liaison to the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP).
