Phillip Boswell

Phillip W. Boswell is the president of Western Canadian Vocational Experts Ltd. and has been providing vocational rehabilitation services since 1997. His company provides vocational services to the legal and insurance sector across the western provinces and territories.

Phillip holds a Master of Arts degree in addition to three undergraduate degrees. He is a Board Certified Vocational Expert with the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE/F #20043). He is also a Canadian Certified Vocational Evaluator/Fellow and Master’s Certificate Vocational Professional (CCVE/F, MCVP #275) with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP). He is also a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP #3289) with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRAC).

Phillip is a duly qualified vocational consultant certified to practice in Canada. He is recognized in the vocational rehabilitation/ assessment communities in Canada and the U.S. as a conference organizer, presenter and board member. He currently sits on the American Board of Vocational Experts and chaired the 2016 annual conference in Vancouver. He sat on the national board of directors of VRAC and is a former two-term president of the board of directors of the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS) Phillip has been accepted as an expert witness in the field of vocational rehabilitation in B.C. Supreme Court.
