David Berrington

David Berrington is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with experience in designing and delivering effective human resource and management systems that facilitate achievement of business strategy. With 20 years experience in senior HR roles in the education, engineering, management consulting and construction sectors, David now provides HR consulting and recruitment services to growing companies and organizations.

David has also been awarded with the Fellow Chartered Professional in HR (FCPHR) designation. This title recognizes CPHRs who have made exemplary contributions to the HR profession.

David has taught and advised on HR at the post-secondary level, was a member of the board of directors of the Canadian Council of HR Associations and served as president of the B.C. Human Resources Management Association from 2004 to 2006.

David has published several articles including a study on HR trends and issues across Canada's airports.
