Cijaye DePradine
Cijaye DePradine is a globally recognized author, keynote speaker, facilitator and educator on business, marketing, leadership and team dynamics. She owned a boutique digital marketing agency for 10 years and has launched several creative initiatives, including her own podcast.
Since 2004, Cijaye has also mentored, coached, and trained executives and their leaders (from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies). She’s helped them accelerate new initiatives, organizational change and people development. Her passions as of late have been rooted in complex change facilitations. This includes, though is not limited to, dialogic organization development workshops. These workshops cover topics such as trust, communications, collaboration, accountability, strategy, change and context based coaching.
Most recently Cijaye’s foray into complexity thinking and complex adaptive systems thinking have led her to be a guest speaker at a computer sciences class at the University of Victoria, a panellist with the Cynefin Company (formerly Cognitive Edge) and a contributor to The Flow System online and The Flow System Playbook (to be released in 2023).
Cijaye also brings to SFU three and a half years of experience as the digital marketing program lead and events marketing instructor at the Center for Arts and Technology in the Okanagan.
