Charles Chen

Charles Chen is a project support manager at Fraser Health Authority, where he specializes in project delivery and project governance. Charles has over 10 years of experience in energy, healthcare and information technology. He is also a faculty member at Vancouver Community College, where he teaches classes in project management, communication and leadership.

Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in mechatronic systems engineering from Simon Fraser University and is a professional engineer (P.Eng) in British Columbia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

Charles is an active volunteer with the Project Management Institute's Canadian West Coast Chapter (PMI CWCC), where he is responsible for the chapter’s technology portfolio. Charles also assists with the chapter’s education workshops, certification study groups, professional development, webinars and conferences.
