Learning Buddies (virtual & in-person)
The SFU Surrey - TD Community Engagement Centre collaborates with the Learning Buddies Network over the Summer months to offer free literacy and math tutoring to children in grades 1-7.
Through this program SFU student volunteers are paired with elementary school students to work together to build reading and math skills and to inspire young students to reach their full potential.
The program is currently offered both virtually and in-person.
