BPK Skating Social

February 10, 2023

BPK MWEC invites you to the BPK Skating Social!

  • When: Friday February 10, 2023 6:00pm to 9:00pm (see NOTE below for best time of arrival)
  • Where: Kensington Complex - 6159 Curtis Street, Burnaby BC, V5B 4X7
  • Admission: Where you pay for admission tell them you are there for the SFU Kinesiology skate. You MUST show your SFU student/staff ID in order for your admission/skate rental to be covered.

Helmets are required for children 12 and under. Children 7 years of age or younger MUST be accompanied on the ice by a person 16 years of age or older on skates.

Snacks/drinks will be in the Community Room, which is upstairs.  If already skating you will have to take your skates off to go up to the Community Room.

NOTE

Friday February 10th is their special event Valentine’s Toonie skate.  They have reached capacity in the past at their special event skates.  As a result they have encouraged our group to come earlier if possible.  If you arrive at Kensington Complex and the front desk says they are at capacity, you can mention that you are there with SFU Kinesiology and proceed to the Community Room upstairs.  Then as other members from SFU BPK leave the ice, you can take their place.
