Name, address, telephone number, age, sex, marital status, family status, disability, student number, social insurance number, medical and psychological history, educational history, financial history, and third party opinions about the individual.

Current and past undergraduate and graduate SFU students
Purposes for which PI collected, used and disclosed
Information is collected for the purpose of administering the financial details of externally-administered U.S. student aid programs, including those of U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Personal information is disclosed only for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled or for a use consistent with that purpose, including annual auditing and potential program reviews conducted by U.S. Department of Education.
Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed
Financial Aid and Awards would disclose personal info to the student themselves, auditors, provincial authorities, and external auditors and program reviewers working on behalf of U.S. Department of Education. Students have signed consent forms to permit this disclosure.
