This assignment concerns decision making in the built environment, and the various stake-holders who make decisions affecting the built environment. It builds independent research skills and encourages you to look more deeply into issues in the Built Environment from a social and personal perspective of stake holders.

Stakeholders are people with a "stake" or perspective, or vested interest, in certain outcomes from decision making in the built environment. Their motivation varies from altruism to commercial gain. This project concerns researching, analysing and role playing various stakeholders in the context of five divisive current issues in the local built environment.

The final hand in asks you to illustrate your summary point-of-view, and to present a Hand-in to the vGallery which summarises for the class what you have discovered in your research for this topic.
