Room- C9001

1. I will holding extra office hours during the Final Exam Period on the final days and times:
Tuesday April 11 from 12-2 and
Thursday April 13 from 10:30-11:30.

2. I will be posting updated grades on my office door on Tuesday April 11. They are posted using the last 5 digits of your student ID number. Note: if your last 5 digits are 00123, the number will appear as 123, if you number is 01234, your number will appear as 1234. If your score has been recorded incorrectly please attach a note to the assignment/midterm and return it to me so that I can make changes.

3. Assignment #2 may be picked up from me during my office hours. For regrades, you must have your assignment in to me by April 14 (see your assignment). I will not take any more in after this point. With respect to Assignment #1 and the Midterm, it is too late to submit them for a re-grade.

4. Procedure regarding questions about Assignments and the Midterm: If you have a question regarding a question on Assignments or your midterm and would like a regrade you must do the following:
a. Write out any questions that you might have or any question that you would like regraded on a separate piece of paper.
b. Attach this paper to your assignment or your midterm.
c. Hand it back to me.
d. I will take a look at your question or, if you are requesting a regrade, I will regrade your whole assignment/midterm, not just the question that you are asking about.
e. I will then return your assignment/midterm plus a response to you within a weeks time.
Note: I will not consider any assignments or midterms that do not come back to me within 10 days of having been handed back. If you have not put your request to me within 10 days I will not consider a regrade.
NOTE: I am no longer taking requests for grade changes regarding Assignment #1 or the Final.
Requests regarding changes to the Midterm must be in to me by Friday March 31st. Thanks.
