Visiting Scholar
Welcome to Dr. Milena Repajic, the latest SNF Centre for Hellenic Studies Visiting Scholar
The SNF Centre for Hellenic Studies is pleased to welcome Dr. Milena Repajić as the latest participant in our ongoing Visiting Scholar Program. Dr. Repajić joins us from the University of Belgrade, where she is a Research Assistant in Byzantine Studies in the Faculty of Philosophy. She will be sharing in our intellectual community for the next three weeks and will be presenting some her research as part of the continuing Hellenic Studies Spring Seminar Series.
SNF Centre for Hellenic Studies Visiting Scholar Program brings emerging and established scholars of Hellenic Studies, from a variety of disciplinary approaches, to Simon Fraser University to research and study at the Centre. Visiting Scholars share their research with the Centre through public talks and student seminars. An important goal of the program is to nurture emerging scholars, while at the same time create lasting intellectual connections between scholars at the Centre and internationally.
Please join us on February 15th, 2019 at 2:30pm, to hear Dr. Repajić’s seminar entitled “Byzantine Socrates: Irony in Michael Psellos' History-Writing.”
