The summary displays key executives, a listing of under-companies, as well as a direct connection to the company web site. This is useful for strategic analysis because it leads to large sources of information on companies. Instead of typing in a search for a particular company, the researcher could also search for listings of companies by industry, geographic area, or alphabetical order.

Although it may be limited in the resources it offers for strategy and marketing, this site offers some interesting, related up-to-date information. There are also many connections to journals and magazines, as well as complete papers that may be retrieved upon request.

- This database site: http://www.lib.sfu.ca/kiosk/cgi-bin/trust1.pl?abii contains some of the most up-to-date information of any database system for business information. This database is accessible from any computer that has the NCSA telnet program (generally all computers on the SFU campus). A search may be done using "strategy" and "competition" with the industry of choice, and many recent articles with their abstracts are displayed. (Note: many are available online, and an order may be sent and picked up within 30 minutes at the SFU library desk).
