Service effectiveness survey
As part of the UniForum program, SFU administers a Service Effectiveness Survey (SES) to better understand the university's administrative service experiences and needs. The SES occurs once a year in the Fall (October/November) and is run in two parts, with each part examining a different set of services.
We partnered with NousCubane Consulting to conduct Part 1 of the survey in 2022 and Part 2 in 2023. This year we are excited to conduct Part 1 again, which will continue to help us identify areas for improvement and ensure we keep providing exceptional services to the community.
Process
You will receive an email invitation containing a unique, one-time link to the survey.
