SFU Space Management Plan

SFU has implemented a Space Management Plan at the VP portfolio and Faculty level that recognizes the inherent value of space and is designed to lead to a more efficient and equitable use of space over time. Visit the SFU Space Management Plan webpage for further information.

SFU Space Planning Committee

Chaired by the Vice-Provost and Associate Vice-President, Academic (Peter Hall), the SFU Space Planning Committee is responsible for overseeing an overarching system of space management policies, procedures and decision parameters for effectively managing space allocations.

Space Requests

If you have a request for additional space or to exchange/return existing space, please complete the Space Request Form. This form will be used by the SFU Space Planning Committee to review the request and will assist with updating space records in the space management system.
