Dematting - included for the first 10 minutes with a Full Groom; $1/min for every minute after.

Cancellation notice of 1 work day in advance is required. Notice of less than 24 hours is subjected to a $15 cancellation fee for dogs 30lb and under on your next bill or $20 for dogs over 30lb. You may choose to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
We appreciate a call if you are anticipating being late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notification, a fee may be applied at our discretion. We may also choose to reschedule you due to time restraints. Late Pickups: please pick up your pets at the salon operation time; a $1 per minute late pick-up fee will be applied to their bill.
Clients who are no-shows will be charged $20 toward their next appointment on the first time, a full-service price will be charged on the second time, and will not be accepted anymore if they have more than 2 time no-shows.
