Here at Candlia, customer satistfaction is our number one concern. If any of our customers are not satistfied with any of our products, you are more than welcome to submit a refund or exchange request. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond. General Returns
Any products recieved within the last 7 days are viable to be returned if the product is unopened and proof of purchase is presented without any further follow-up. Products recieved within 30 days require a detailed summary of the reason for the return. Please attach the designated shipping label after contacting us and follow any given instructions presented. You will recieve a full refund of the ammount paid for the returned product.
Damaged Products
Any products that are damaged upon arrival are eligible for an immediate refund or exchange as long as proof of the damage is presented.
Late Returns
After 30 days, you are still eligible for the return of any given product as long as the product is unopened and undamaged. Only a partial refund of the amount paid would be returned to the purchaser. Otherwise you may see our exchange policy.
Exchanges
You may exchange of any given product as long as the product is unopened and undamaged, in order recieve the ammount paid as credit towards your next purchase.
