I am an incoming (Fall 2024) master’s student in the History, Quantitative, and Theoretical Psychology program here at Simon Fraser University (SFU). I had initially pursued an undergraduate degree in behavioural neuroscience at SFU. However, my interests have always aligned closer to the use and misuse of statistics within psychology. I am interested in exploring the potential misuse of statistics throughout both historical and modern psychology. Otherwise, my current interests are focused on the use of conventions within psychology, feminist science and intersectional psychology, and many more theoretical topics that may all lead to improved practices within science.
