What do physicists do when they are not Sheldon Cooper

Synopsis

I will be using my career path to illustrate the many possibilities open to students wishing to pursue a life in physics-archive. I will cover various time periods and how each of them accidently or on purpose lead me to the position I now hold. Special attention will be given to my days as an undergraduate and then a graduate student.  It’s professional and technical, but still light and conducive for questions and conversation.
