BURNABY
SFU's original campus atop Burnaby Mountain offers a panoramic, mountain-framed view of the Vancouver region, a stunning spot to contemplate our dedication to fostering educational cross-pollination and global thinking. [ maps and directions ]
The student life, course offerings and research development at SFU's three campuses in Burnaby, Surrey and Vancouver are as varied and distinctive as the three campuses' award-winning architecture.
The Burnaby and Surrey campuses border transit bus loops and commuter rail systems that readily link students to other SFU campuses, downtown Vancouver and outlying communities. SFU offers guided and virtual tours of all its campuses, complete with maps, directions and information on parking and road conditions.
SURREY
Located in a futuristic-looking tower known as the world's best business centre, SFU's third campus in Surrey has pioneered the first interactive arts and technology program of its kind in Canada. [ maps and directions ]
VANCOUVER
Ornate heritage buildings in Vancouver's bustling downtown house a second campus, where professional graduate degrees in fields such as business, gerontology and urban studies, are producing alumni who are bettering our world. A new state-of-the-art home home for SFU's School for the Contemporary Arts on the former Woodward's site will feature three theatres, a world art studio, a cinema and an art gallery.
