Congratulations to Professor Eric Beauregard for receiving an Award for Excellence in Graduate Supervision, one of the 2016 Dean of Graduate Studies Awards for Excellence.
Beauregard has a strong history of supervision in the School of Criminology. He’s known for his continual efforts to help the graduate students he supervises succeed.
“Eric’s reputation as a prolific scholar is well established, but this award points to his strengths as a mentor to graduate students. He clearly excels in both the realms of teaching and research,” says Director Neil Boyd.
Since joining the School of Criminology in 2007, Beauregard has supervised more than 30 graduate students to degree completion, including acting as senior supervisor for four PhD students and five MA students.
