A number of our courses can prepare you to either earn a professional designation or help you maintain it. For the most up-to-date information, please consult the organization that administers the designation for its latest requirements.
B.C. Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) Membership
To maintain your membership in the B.C. Association of Kinesiologists, our Vocational Rehabilitation and Disability Management courses can be applied towards the BCAK Continuing Professional Development program.
Vocational Rehabilitation and Disability Management Certificate
Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP)
The Canadian Certified Administrative Professional designation is administered by the Association of Administrative Professionals. Several of our courses can be applied towards the educational requirements for this credential.
Canadian Risk Management (CRM)
The Canadian Risk Management designation is awarded by the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS). Our Risk Management courses and program can help you meet the educational requirements for the credential.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
SFU is an Academic Program Member with the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®). Several courses in the Business Analysis Certificate program can be applied towards professional development hours for the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) designation.
Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP®)
The new Certified Career Development Practitioner designation is administered by Career Certification. Completing our Career Development Practitioner Certificate program will support you in pursuing this credential.
Certified in Management (C.I.M.)
The Certified in Management designation is administered by the Canadian Institute of Management. Several of our courses can be applied towards the educational requirements for the credential.
Certified Payroll Manager (CPM)
The Certified Payroll Manager designation is offered by the National Payroll Institute. Certain courses can be applied towards the educational requirements for the credential.
Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP)
The Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional designation is administered by the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada. Completing our Vocational Rehabilitation and Disability Management program will meet the educational requirements for this credential.

Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)
The Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation is locally administered by Chartered Professionals in Human Resources BC & Yukon. Our Human Resources Management program is accredited by CPHR BC & Yukon and can allow you to earn the designation faster.
General Business Studies Program (GSP) Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada (FCUIC)
The Fellow of the Credit Union Institute of Canada designation is administered by the Credit Union Institute of Canada. Several of our courses can be applied towards the educational requirements for the credential.
Management Studies Program (MSP) Associate of the Credit Union Institute of Canada (ACUIC)
The Associate of the Credit Union of Canada designation is administered by the Credit Union Institute of Canada. Several of our courses can be applied towards the educational requirements for the credential.
