Strategic Human Resources Management
Influence strategic decisions and drive organizational objectives through HR strategy.
You'll analyze how an organization sets strategy, gaining knowledge that will allow you to systematically navigate through change in order to align human resources and organizational strategies. You will also explore change management principles and models to construct a change management evaluation framework, and examine the impact of external environmental factors on organizational strategy and decision-making at the executive level.
Core topics include: strategic workforce planning analytics, financial planning and change management.
