This application is only for Infant & Toddler (3-36 months old) and 3-5 years old waiting list, as per the process described below:

Applications are NOT accepted prior to your child's birth and will NOT be processed. You can apply as soon as your child is born.

1. Your date of application will be the day we receive your on-line submission or hand delivered waitlist application. If delivering in person to the childcare office, our address is : 8888 University Drive West.

2. SFU ID numbers need to be included for Current SFU Students, Staff and Faculty. If the SFU ID# is not included, your application will NOT be processed.

4. For SFU Families, your SFU status will be verified prior to acceptance of space. We may ask for an employment verification letter during the enrollment process.

5. If you have already completed a waitlist application and need to update your information, please email sfuccs@sfu.ca. Please include your child's full name and date of birth, so we can ensure we are making changes to the correct application.
